Brew Perfection with the Wonderchef Regalia Bean-to-Cup Coffee Maker
I recently purchased the Wonderchef Regalia Bean-to-Cup Brew Coffee Maker with Grinder, and I’ve been thoroughly impressed. This machine has transformed my morning routine into a delightful experience. What I love:* Freshly Ground Coffee: The built-in grinder ensures that I always enjoy freshly ground coffee beans’ rich aroma and flavour.* Customizable Brew: I can adjust my coffee’s grind size and strength to my preference, creating a truly personalized cup.* Easy to Use: The machine is incredibly user-friendly, with intuitive controls and a clear display.* Sleek Design: The stylish design complements my kitchen decor and makes a statement.Minor Considerations:* The cable of the machine is very small and needs to be added to the extension to reach to switch board. I’m not sure, why all Wonderchef products have a short cableOverall, the Wonderchef Regalia Bean-to-Cup Brew Coffee Maker is an excellent investment for coffee enthusiasts. It delivers consistent, high-quality brews and is a joy to use. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to elevate their coffee experience.

Inconsistent coffee per cup is normal according to technician
My coffee machine is one month old… In about 20 days of using it we realised we were getting more quantity of coffee in a cup instead of a consistent amount. Whether it be one cup or 2.I made a complaint and when the techician first arrived, he said we use the wrong coffee. After we showed him we use Lavazza espresso powder he said oh okay it’s the machine, and has told me to descale my unit after using it for just a Month. When in the manual it says 2 months. We even spoke to his supervisor Mr. Siddique and he mentioned we need to descale after 100 cups but we are just 2 people using the machine… Once in the morning for 2 cups of coffee and sometimes in the evening. We haven’t been in town for 7days and we were unwell for another 7…and didn’t have coffee during that time. So we have NOT had a 100 cups of coffee. He was unable to solve our issue. The issue is that I am unable to get a consistant amount of coffee flowing through it.And when asked the tech what’s the quantity of one cup in ml the machine should put out he didn’t know. And when we spoke to his supervisor, he mentioned it gives inconsistent amounts of coffee in each cup. And that the inconsistency is normal. The machine is giving out 50ml of coffee in 1 cup and sometimes 75 ml in the Same with coffee powder. Which when the tech was here he clicked videos and pictures of the same happening. In 2 cups it gives out around 125 ml with the same. Can someone from your customer care please call me and solve my issue…Now I don’t understand how a reputed company as yourself claims that the coffee espresso machine you sell gives Inconsistent coffee. And mind you whoever I’ve spoken to about it… No one can tell me the quantity. And if 50ml as a one cup espresso coffee is normal or am I wrong? I’m super disappointed with the after sales and technician of this company. And they arnt able to solve my issue. This is ridiculous. My machine is just a month old and im not happy with the technicians service or his supervisors answers. You’re disgruntled customer who will never purchase another wonderchef product.

Good machine if you know how to properly use and maintain it.
I bought this almost 2 years ago now, and here are some points you should know before buying a coffee machine.1. *It needs descaling*like any other machine dealing with hot water. There is eventual salt buildup ( that white flaky substance which accumulates on taps and all) so the machine requires frequent descaling depending on the hardness of water being used… for general RO water thr cycle is about every 2 3 months..There are liquids available for the same, but a 1:1 ratio of water and Vinegar will also work.2. *Invest in a Puck screen*If you dont want your shower screen to be clogged due to accumulated coffee grounds in 5 or 6 months.. use a puck screen. It goes a long way.3. Get a good coffee grinder* and Good quality coffee grounds/ beansThose cheap ceramic grinders although enticing due to cost, will ruin your coffee beans…Rather than spending 1500 to 2000 on them get a Timemore C2/ Kinggrinder P1 instead as an entry level grinder it does cost a lot more 3 to 4 k ( price varries) but the quality and speed offered is something else.( worlds apart I daresay)Many think the machine works on Instant coffee( it won’t) … also at the end of the day, Good coffee = good beans. So get good quality beans for your coffee. ( freshly roasted & ground is always better )4. Get a bottomless portafilter. The basket and filter provided by the OEM are pressurised ones. Although good enough for a beginner… require tools like screwdriver to disassemble and clean while also providing mediocre extractions.5. Get a good tamper and needles. The one provided is fine and all but tamping without leveling will lead to channelling which results in underextracted coffee.6. Most important.. ( WEIGH YOUR COFFEE and DIAL IN YOUR SHOTS)Get a scale measure the bean weight. Grind them.. ( or get preground coffee ) and measure the weight of extraction in a ratio of 1:2 for espresso and then taste it. If its too bitter or too acidic. ( presuimg your coffee was not fermented) go a setting finer or coarser on the grinder and redo the shot. Which will change the flavour profile of your extraction.Eventually you’ll get a good cup of coffee. The Machine is fine.. it just requires some love and care from time to time. For 8k/10k.. its a good machine.
