Not sure about others but I have been a whirlpool user from 2017 and their products are Awesome. These new inverter ACâs offer great savings in electricity and cooling silently. I have purchased both 3 star and 5 star ac and both offers great cooling and silent operation. Products were nicely packed and delivered with care by Amazon. Also I got great deal on both ACâs almost 50% off which I wasnât getting anywhere else or not other brands are offering that much discount. Donât think just buy whirlpool they will work for 7-8 years without any failure.

Worst product ever
I recently purchased a split AC from whirlpool, and I’m quite disappointed with its performance. Not only does it produce an annoying and loud noise, but it also doesn’t cool the room properly. Despite setting it to the lowest temperature, the room remains uncomfortably warm. The sound is so disruptive that it disturbs my sleep and makes it hard to focus during the day. I expected a more reliable and efficient unit for the price I paid. If you’re looking for an effective and quiet cooling solution, I would not recommend this AC.

Has been installed in our home for 2 months. We keep on cleaning its indoor unit’s mesh every 2 weeks and outdoor mesh once a month, so it does great cooling at 28°C (without Turbo) with 2 occupants in a 12 ft L x 18 ft B x 10 ft H bedroom.We had to run this unit in Turbo mode at 22°C when the temperature reached 50°C this year and it worked well.

Bought a Whirlpool AC and the installation done by third party vendor. In fact the installation was done by Whirlpool ID card wielding vendor who did not look a day older than 18. No idea how much experience a child could have had. His assistant was even younger. Whirlpool essentially sends children to install your AC. But that isn’t the end of it.The cooling stopped in 2 months. And in the months that followed, the gas ran out 3 times in 12 months. In a city like Bangalore where household usage of an AC is low to begin with. To be fair, no charge for the gas filling.When gas ran out again, after the warranty period, Whirlpool sent yet another ‘Whirlpool Technician’. And we got a quote for Rs. 8500 to fix the 14 month old AC. The AC cost Rs. 36,000 on Amazon.We are taking this matter up with the consumer forum.In the meanwhile if you want an AC, my advice is to go for a better brand like Blue Star. I bought one, and there have no problems with it. So far.

I have been a old Whirlpool AC customer , and their products are sturdy and good at the price offered.This is also good at price given , first inverter AC for me , so can share energy efficiency later.Warranty not clearly visible on product details and outer packing , I will clarify for this model it is1 year comprehensive & 5 year on compressorwhereas compared to other invertor AC in market ,which have1 yr comprehensive5 yrs on PCB10 yrs on compressorI have a office in 3 parts (without using convert option in month of July)Cabin 125 sq ft , cools in 5-7 minDoor open for 2 cabins is 200 ft , no sweating after 15-20 minFurther opened approx 270 sqft closed area , no sweating after 45 -60 min of compressor running .Installation was timely and smooth ,(for Lucknow location )Although whirlpool service centre and not too good here as per experience on my past AC complaints.Pro’sStable brandGood air flowEfficient coolingIndoor unit is silentFour tonnage modes 1.3/1.1/0.9/1.65Con’sLess warranty than other brand 1 & 5 yr vs (1&5&10 yrs)Outer unit fan makes much soundService centres need better training and promptness.Overall Good choice of features and quality at this price .
