Perfect Laptop for day to day use.
Best laptop for this price. You get a very good configuration.10th Gen i5 Intel Processor512 SSD and 32 GB Optane memory4GB RAM, can be expandedRJ45 port. Some laptops in this price don’t have it.Also supports WiFi 5- 5Ghz band (To get speeds over 50Mbps)Decent screen and camera. Not the best body, but should last if handled with care. The best part is it comes with Windows and MS OFFICE pre-installed. Both lifetime validity.Good for EVERYTHING apart from Editing and Gaming.

Good spec for the money, heavy and old fashioned, hinge won’t open all the way
Pros:Very promising specifications (i5 10th gen, NVME SSD 500GB, 32GB Optane memory, SD card reader, expandable RAM slots, USB-C port, 15.6 inch display) for the money you pay – 47600 when I bought it.Very good battery life.Cons:The trackpad buttons are extremely hard to press! I don’t know what HP designers were thinking while they designed it in that way.Display is below average – consider this as any other non-IPS LCD display. No great color reproduction and if viewed from angles, it gets really bad.The laptop screen can’t be opened up 180 degrees like other laptops, the hinges have a maximum travel of about 130 degrees only and sometimes you may want to open it up a bit more.Stock spec has only 4 GB RAM, you must upgrade to at least 8 GB.Keyboard takes a bit of a learning curve to type easily, because of two reasons – numpad on the right and a little bigger trackpad that makes it difficult to place your palm comfortably over the alphabets area of the keybaord.I had to uninstall and reinstall the Wi-Fi driver to overcome the extremely sluggish Wi-Fi performance. But after the reinstall, it is perfect.Overall impressions – I prefer this laptop over the MiNotebook since this has 15 inch display, SD card reader, inbuilt webcam, USB-C port, NVME SSD and the same i5 10th Gen processor. RAM is upgradable unlike the soldered 8GB RAM of Mi Notebook. The Pros outweigh the cons if you ask me.EDIT: I upgraded the RAM to 12 GB and the laptop’s giving brilliant performance! As an example – some big data parsing parsing that used to take couple of hours earlier is now finishing in minutes. 4GB RAM is the biggest bottleneck of this laptop, a RAM upgrade is a must-to-have.

Laptop came with issues
I have received a defective laptop. Touchpad doesn’t work, upon checking device manager, it doesn’t show touchpad in the device list, I could see an HID device with yellow warning, so that indicates device driver issue. I contacted HP support and they are clueless, they asked me to update drivers but HP support doesn’t recognize 15s-DU1065TU model and don’t show any driver. when I ran detect my laptop utility in hp site it recognized the model as 15s-DU2119DU. that was not expected. Wondering what went wrong with HP. After purchasing a laptop worth 50K and getting no basic support is really not good. Not sure if other faces similar issues. Finally I was able to order for a replacement with Amazon (after contacting multiple times).**Update after one year** Not value for money.Cheap and flimsy plastic is used and The lids wont close neatly, it leaves some gaps . Keyboard keys are too closely placed and that makes typing a difficult task. low quality screen makes pictures looks dull. Battery backup is already low. To conclude the overall laptop build quality is below average and not worth the 50K tag.
