Such a relief !!
The Product: It is an amazing product. Its life changing. You no longer need to fuss over the piled up dishes in the sink. It does a good job of cleaning up the dishes. But for burnt stains on the utensils you will of course have to scrub it off with hands first. Otherwise, its pretty good and the dishes come out cleaned and dried.The Cost: It comes across as an expensive purchase in the beginning but the relief that it provides makes light of its cost. It is there with you and takes care of the constant burden of washing the never ending heap of dishes. It saves your time and takes the stress off. The plus point is you no longer have depend upon the maid. So it’s worth it!The Delievery: The delivery was not a pleasant experience though. The seller sent the dishwasher in a package that was full of termites. It was a nuisance and the seller just washed his hands off after the delivery.

dishwasher is good; it resume the cycle when power is back. Bosch service is bad. got it installed in 10 days after many follow ups.

Stopped functioning within a month
The machine stopped functioning within a month.The technician didnât had any idea of the problem.They will ask you to install all the ancillaries like pump, stablizer etc. and trust me the machine will not work even then.Itâs difficult to coordinate with bosch and its services engineer.Never expected this from a German company like bosch.Never buy!!!!

No customer support for Home Connect, Faulty door
Homeconnect support does not exist. It is a very creaky software and unreliable.More problematic, the door keeps opening during the cycle. I am hoping this gets resolved by Bosch.My door opening issues is unresolved for 9 days and have been promised a replacement machine now.Update. The faulty door could not get fixed nor was bosch able to replace the model though it is easily available online. So they have offered me a refund and will take the machine back.Last update. Bosch refunded the full amount and is taking the machine back.

Only suitable for Glass and crockery unit.
I purchased this product in the month OCT 2021. The reason behind buying the dishwasher product is to avoid maid tantrums. Before purchasing this we watched several youtube videos for reviews and every review was positive. So we decided to buy this product.We have started using this product using recommended Finish detergent, salt and rinse aid. We already know what type of utensils we can wash in the dishwasher. In the first wash, we have to place steel plates, bowls, spoons other small utensils(milk vessel, glass and crockery)Result: It does not clean the utensils in which you prepared tea, and milk and adds a black layer on steel utensils.I raised this issue with the Bosch company. They sent the executive to my house and they did several testing at my house.1) Water Hardness2) Water Pressure3) Detergent, rinse-aid and salt settings and quality.4) They have suggested to me use the pre-rinse before wash program.Result: The machine performance is the same as the previous. It only washes clean utensils and is suitable only for Glass and crockery units. Even we wash big utensils like kadhai, cooker etc outside the dishwasher by hand.Conclusion:1) In my family there are 4 members and we need to use this machine 2 times and each wash cost you around 25 Rupees which we already aware.2) It only cleans crockery items and glass which don’t have hard stains.3) You can’t only depend on this machine to wash utensils you need a Maid as well to wash other utensils.4) In my case my water connection is the Narmada river so there is no water hardness detected but for some buyers they give the reason that your water hardness is too high that’s why you are facing this problem.5) Finally one executive visited my house and told me the truth that this machine is not suitable for Indian food because we have a habit to cook food very oily and due to this utensils contain hard stains.6) FYI, we already rinse utensils for around 10 hours in a big tub which is filled with water before washing in Dishwasher.My verdict: This machine is a waste and we can’t resell this machine. It is just a hot water sprinkle machine. If in your area Maid is available and then its good to go with Maid instead of this machine. It is a very costly machine(40 k) and will not satisfy you. And still, if you want to buy this product first try this product at your friends and relatives by doing practical by yourself and if you satisfy then you can make the decision.
